10:05 – 10:20
AI Explained
Qi Lopez Diaz · Host of The QiTime
A podcast built to help commercial real estate professionals understand and adopt AI technology.

Everyone says they know Excel. Very few people actually do, and the same is now true of AI.

This session cuts through the noise around what AI actually is, what it isn't, and where the gap costs you money in commercial real estate. We'll show you why AI confidently invents numbers, comps, and citations that don't exist, and the simple habits that stop it from happening. You'll see the prompts that produce reliable, source backed output and the ones that quietly set you up for a bad answer in front of a client. No coding, no jargon, just the difference between using AI and using it well.

10:20 – 10:50
Agentic AI
Azita Manson · CEO of OElement
The steady hands behind the operation, putting AI to work on the processes businesses already depend on.

Chat tools answer questions. Agentic AI does the work, and the difference is where the real leverage is for brokers.

This session covers what agentic AI actually is, what it isn't, and why the line between the two matters more than any tool you could buy. Most people assume this is where you need a developer. It isn't. The shift is from coding to describing: you explain the outcome you want and the rules it has to follow, and the system handles the steps. We'll walk through what that looks like in practice for CRE, from building your own deal feed that watches the market for you, to screening and research that used to eat a Saturday. You'll leave knowing which parts of your week are worth handing off and which parts still need you.

10:50 – 11:20
Privacy & Security
Louis Roehrs · CEO of Teletrax

Every prompt you type goes somewhere. Most people have no idea where, and that becomes a real problem when the prompt contains a rent roll, an appraisal file, or a borrower's financials.

This session is about what actually happens to your data when you use AI, and what that means for the confidential information your work runs on. Whether you're underwriting, appraising, managing assets, or closing deals, you're handling material that belongs to someone else. We'll look at real breaches, how they happen, and the quiet ways sensitive information leaks without anyone doing anything malicious. Then we get practical: what is safe to put into a public tool, what never should be, and what your obligations look like when the data isn't yours. No fear mongering, just a clear picture of the exposure most of us are carrying without knowing it.

11:20 – 11:50
Future of AI
Azita Manson · CEO of OElement

Where the tools are heading next, and what that means for how deals get found, evaluated, and closed over the next few years.

Session B

Broker Tools

12:00 – 12:40
Broker AI Tools: How a Working Broker Built His Own Deal Operating System
Tim Vi Tran, SIOR, CCIM · CEO of The Ivy Group

For CRE brokers, how are you tracking your deal flow today?

For most of us, the honest answer is a mix of spreadsheets, email threads, sticky notes, and a CRM that was built for residential agents or sales teams, instead of commercial deals. Critical dates slip. Commission splits live in someone's head. Referral credit gets lost. And the one deal that needs attention today is buried under the fifty other deals.

Tim Vi Tran, SIOR, CCIM, faced the same challenge running The Ivy Group. Instead of subscribing to another tool that did not fit, he described what he needed to AI and built his own. The result is the Data Dashboard Transaction Manager, a deal-tracking and commission platform that runs his brokerage every day, built without writing a line of code.

In this session, Tim will demo the dashboard live, walking a deal from rep agreement to closed commission. He will then show how he uses AI beyond deal tracking, with real, anonymized examples of ownership research, contract review, and deal strategy, along with the verification habits that keep the numbers honest and client data protected.

Attendees will leave with a practical playbook for building their own AI-powered workflow.
